Indians must be feeling proud as Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Thursday launched Geostationary Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV-D6), placing GSAT-6, country"s largest communication and 2,117kg communication satellite in orbit. GSLV-D6 carrying GSAT-6 took off from Sriharikota spaceport at 4.52pm and was the ninth flight of the Geostationary Satellite Launch Vehicle.
