A recent Toshiba filing with the United States Federal Communications Commission ( FCC) has been making the rounds recently online, and the surprising thing about it is, its not for a laptop or ultrabook- rather, the listing hints at a possible new tablet from Toshiba labelled as the Portege z10t.
