Apple is facing a lawsuit in India over the name "iPhone." iVoice Enterprises Limited, a maker of smartphones in India, takes Apple over the same product named "iFon." Intellectual Property Appellate Board, the governing body of the trademarks in India has received petition from iVoice to nullify the trademark of the Cupertino-based iPad maker.
