Hacking group Anonymous says it has attacked the website of a state-owned telecommunications provider in India for allegedly censoring content on the Internet. The corporate website of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, which caters to the major Indian cities of New Delhi and Mumbai, has been down for at least six hours Wednesday.
