The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) was awarded a Plaque of Recognition by the Municipal Government of Los Baños, led by the Hon. Mayor Caesar P. Perez, in its quadricentennial celebration today, September 17, 2015 at the old site of the Los Baños Municipal Hall.
