Coin Fire has obtained information that the PayCoin Foundation, led by Mr. Adam Matlack, is now under a multi-agency investigation due to connections to Mr. Homero Joshua Garza. In late February, GAW Miners and Mr. Garza were issued a subpoena from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
