Android kitkat and newer versions has restricted sdcard write permission for 3rd party apps. But this restriction caused many problems in phones which have low internal sdcard and external sdcard is used for storing files. If anyone want to delete a file from external sdcard then they can"t delete it using 3rd party file managers...
