Despite all their efforts thus far, the world"s largest phone-maker is predicting that its third quarter of the 2014 fiscal year will see a steep drop in profits from a year ago and from the previous quarter. With this announcement, it would spell the fourth consecutive quarter that Samsung"s profits are slumping.
