ZTE has just announced the Nubia 5S Mini, which they are marketing as the first widely available quad-core phone with both a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facer. ZTE is claiming that their cameras and camera software "advances smartphone photography" with DSLR-like control and professional-quality photos and editing.
