Privacy-conscious users of Windows 10 may not like this. Microsoft"s newly released flagship operating system communicates occasionally with Redmond even if its digital assistant Cortana is disabled, a tech site reported. Ars Technica said opening the Start menu and typing will send a request to www.bing.com, Microsoft"s search engine, to request a file called threshold.appcache.
